Lima Lama is a Polynesian Martial Art created in 1965 by 6 Martial Arts Masters. Richard Nunez was one of the 6 founders who created Lima Lama. Grand Master Richard Nunez later went on to create Lima Lama Original NoKaOi which is a Hawaiian Polynesian Martial Art.Master Mike Gazmen Jr is the head instructor of Gazmen Ohana Martial Arts. He holds Black Belts in Multiple Systems. 7th Degree Black Belt in Lima Lama NoKaOi1st Degree Black Belt (Shodan) in Kaito Gakko Kui LimaFilipino Martial Arts Practitioner2016 Martial Arts Hall of Fame Inductee for Master of the year2017 Martial Arts Hall of Fame Inductee Silver Life award for 25+ Years in Martial Arts

Kickboxing
There are different forms of Kickboxing. We focus more on American Kickboxing. We start our students with a Karate Sparing Base and work them up to Kickboxing.
Self Defense
In todays world self defense is a must. We teach techniques from basic all the way to advance. These techniques are key to self confidence.
Weapons Training
Eskrima is a Filipino Martial Art which covers long range, middle range and short range concepts. With sticks, knives and training blades. We Blend our Eskrima with our Hawaiian Kenpo techniques so all techniques can be utilized with weapon or empty hand.
Kung Fu Training
Kung Fu Training are designed solely with the student in mind. Our Kung Fu Training provide students with a thorough understanding of the material, so that they are able to tackle problems in the real world. We want our students to keep an open mind, and have fun throughout their experience at Gazmen Ohana Martial Arts Lima Lama NoKaOi/ Hawaiian Kenpo.
